Paid Plans

Paid subscription plans ("Pro" and "Annual Operator") unlock additional features including household accounts, advanced analytics, transfer partner strategy, and more. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at the time of purchase.

Billing

• Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

9. SMS/Text Message Terms

By opting in to receive SMS messages from 3X Points System:

• You consent to receive automated text messages at the phone number provided
• Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the Service
• Message frequency: approximately 4-8 messages per month
• Message and data rates may apply
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out
• Reply HELP for support

10. User Content

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service (point balances, travel preferences, goals). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use this data to provide and improve the Service for you.

We will not share your individual data publicly without your consent. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for analytics and Service improvement.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 3X POINTS SYSTEM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
